At a press conference at Husson College in Bangor, Pat LaMarche calls for Maine to manufacture physicians, dentists and pharmacists as the cornerstone of better healthcare and economic recovery.
 
"If we want our kids to stay in Maine, if we want them to have high paying jobs, if we want health care extended into our most rural areas ... then we need the educational opportunities and the health-care accessibility these schools provide."
