Pat LaMarche is an excellent choice for Governor. A common sense fiscal conservative, with a quick wit. Smart. Funny. Devoted to serving our community, the state, and the nation.
Pat LaMarche is an American patriot. Looking forward to this campaign.
Thank You Pat!

I have known Pat since 1997, and I know that she IS the BEST person for the job. She respects the people of Maine and will put them first. She understands that her job is to make life better for all the people. She knows that a healthy economy is not just about low taxes, it's about fair taxes, livable wages, quality health care, great schools and a healthy environment.

Pat LaMarche is the only choice for Maine. The "other" parties have had their chance and we have 20% of our population on general assistance, and unemployed. Those that are employed receive "Slave Wages", which they cannot afford to eat or not afford electric or heating oil/gas. Pat offers options, and raised two children on her own, struggling etc. Third parties such as the Maibne Green Independent Party is needed and needed now. "LaMarche For Governor 2006, The Only Way To Go"!!!!!!!.

Yes, Pat's campaign will attract national attention. As goes Maine . . .
That said, Paul, I clicked on the "see all comments" button. You should too.

Look, her biggest fans are from MA and NY. Mainers love out of state busybodies telling us how to run things!

All right for Pat! I was wondering when Maine would be hearing your announcement! Pat LaMarche is a courageous, knowledgeable, insightful woman who is invested in Maine -- her people and economy! I'm keeping my eye on Pat! Bon chance!

The only way for the Democratic party to save itself is to recognize its failure to represent its highest ideals. LaMarche and Jonesboro's Nancy Oden are offering substantive alternatives to the pro-corporate agenda supported by Baldacci and the rest of the candidates. The governor's tour with John Kerry this week proves how out of touch he is with the people of Maine. I've been a Democrat most of my voting life (over 30 years) and was a delegate to the '04 National Convention. So-called "centrists" have stolen our party and use money and power to disenfranchise citizens. Bravo, Pat! Ask the hard questions and work with the people of Maine to find answers that serve us.

The coming election should be all about different ideas about how to move Maine to a better way of life, because right now we are in deep trouble with little to look forward to under the current administration other than useless "blue ribbon commissions" to endlessly examine the problems that keep Maine from moving ahead and more and more "fees' to prop up mindless social spending. If Ms. LaMarche can provide insight and suggestions, that should help.

Good for Pat and good for Maine! The state needs a third party. This candidate is certainly worthy of attention and a very viable alternate to the failed Baldacci administration. Time to send him back to Bangor where he can run for City Council or something.

Run Pat run! Baldi and his cronies have truly done this state wrong! We continue to be overtaxed, overgoverned, and underemployed. And look at the number of overpaid, underworked state and municipal "staffers" on the payrolls.
I've had it with Democrats! Time for a change.
